Rebecca Bistline is a mentor for growingSTEMS’ mechanical design and manufacturing teams. Coming from a family of accomplished engineers, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2021. Rebecca works as an engineer at NAWCAD, where she focuses on developing and testing hearing protection devices.

She is married to fellow mentor and mechanical engineer Carson Bistline, and together, they have a young daughter. Both Rebecca’s husband and brother were former students on the RoboBees team, keeping engineering in the family!
